Considering the custom nature of our patches, all sales are considered final once an order enters the production phase. Regrettably, cancellations cannot be accepted after this stage.

In the unlikely event that a manufactured product is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it without any additional charges. Simply notify us in writing, explaining the issue within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Should you require a refund, please be aware that no remake will be processed. Once the returned products are received and the issue is confirmed, we will promptly initiate the refund process.
