Sublimated Patches

Sublimated patches are alternatively referred to as "Printed Patches" or "Heat Transfer Dye Sublimated Patches." When crafting a custom patch demanding an elevated degree of intricacy, accompanied by a full spectrum of colors and gradients, sublimated patches present the optimal solution. The degree of intricacy achievable simply outshines that of embroidered or woven patches. These patches are imprinted digitally or through screen printing onto a twill substrate. We extend a range of border styles and backing techniques for you to select from, with an unrestricted palette of colors, gradients, and letter sizes. The sublimated patches we produce are not only washable but also entirely resistant to fading over time.

BORDER TYPES FOR SUBLIMATED PATCHES

Merrowed Border

A substantial and consistent border is affixed using specialized overlock machines. This border encircles the outer edge of the patch. The merrow border is particularly well-suited for shapes that exhibit symmetry

Laser Cut Border

The frequently employed satin stitch border is directly sewn onto the patch. Subsequently, the patch is meticulously cut along the border using laser technology

No Border

Absence of stitching along the patch's edge. Stitches are firmly secured using an interior loop stitch technique.

A clean finished border for semi-precise shapes
