BORDER TYPES FOR EMBROIDERED PATCHES

Merrowed Border

A substantial and consistent border is affixed using specialized overlock machines. This border encircles the outer edge of the patch. The merrow border is particularly well-suited for shapes that exhibit symmetry

Laser Cut Border

The frequently employed satin stitch border is directly sewn onto the patch. Subsequently, the patch is meticulously cut along the border using laser technology

Frayed Edges

An edge style that imparts a distinctive appearance to your personalized patch. The patch's edges are fastened with inner stitching while intentionally left unattached at the outer perimeter

No Border

Absence of stitching along the patch's edge. Stitches are firmly secured using an interior loop stitch technique.
