1. General Provisions:
   • These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Excellence Patches.
   • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
   • Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Orders & Custom Production
   • All products and services offered are custom-made.
   • Orders are processed only after artwork/design approval and payment confirmation.
   • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
3. Pricing & Payments
   • Prices will always be quoted to the customer in advance before work begins.
   • Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required prior to production..
   • Invoices are issued on a weekly or monthly basis , depending on client preferences.
   • We reserve the right to revise pricing, but confirmed quotes will not be affected.
4. Digitizing & Vector Services
   • Rush Turnaround: We offer digitizing/vector services with a turnaround time of 2 hours (subject to design complexity and client response time).
   • Design Understanding: If, for any reason, we are unable to interpret or digitize your design properly in terms of quality, you will not be charged.
   • Revisions & Edits: Minor edits and revisions are free of charge. However, major changes to a design may incur nominal additional charges.
   • Intellectual Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is owned or properly licensed. Excellence Patches shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims
5. Refunds & Returns
   • All sales are final once production begins.
   • Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
   • Approved defective products will be eligible for replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
   • Refunds are processed only after returned goods are verified.

6. Shipping & Delivery
   • Standard delivery timeframe is 8-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
   • Shipping costs are included in quotes and based on weight, size, and destination.
   • Address changes are only possible prior to dispatch.
   • Excellence Patches is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
   • Damaged shipments must be reported immediately with photographic proof.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
   • We respect your privacy and handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • Excellence Patches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
   • Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that order.
